(PLYMPTON TWP, ON) – On July 22, 2018 at approximately 4:00 p.m., the Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended Lakeshore Road, near Camlachie, Plympton Township in response to an erratic driving complaint.
With the assistance of a concerned citizen the OPP were able to locate the offending motor vehicle and driver. Through additional investigation the OPP have charged Lisa RUSH, 50-years-of-age of New Hamburg, Ontario for the alleged offences of:
1) Impaired operation of a motor vehicle
2) Drive a motor vehicle with more than 80 millilitres of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood
3) Drive motor vehicle with open liquor
She provided a breath sample exceeding twice the legal limit. She must appear at the Sarnia Court House on August 13, 2018 in order to address the allegations.
