(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment has charged a 19 year old male after police investigated a vehicle at an Old Highway 24, Waterford, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, June 28, 2014, at approximately 9:37 p.m., police were conducting patrols in the area of Old Highway 24, when an Off Road Vehicle attracted an officer’s attention. The driver and vehicle was subsequently investigated.
As a result of investigation, police arrested and charged 19 year old Luke Evan PAWLAK of Norfolk County, Ontario with driving over the legal limit, Off Road Vehicle – not equipped with required lamps and no number plate.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
