(LAMBTON SHORES, ON) An investigation on June 28, 2014 after 3:00 a.m. that began in Pinery Provincial Park by park wardens, ended with Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) laying multiple drug charges.
Lambton OPP located a quantity of suspected cocaine and, and a quantity of marihuana during the course of the investigation which included the search of two vehicles.
An 18 year old female and a15 year old male both from Windsor, ON along with a 20 year old male from Lakeshore ON, face marihuana and cocaine possession charges.
Two males aged and 16 and 17, both from Windsor, ON along with a 19 year old male from Amherstburg, ON face marihuana possession charges.
No names are being released in order to protect the identity of the young persons under the Youth Criminal Justice Act (YCJA).
All six persons will appear at a later date in a Sarnia, ON court to answer to the charges.
