(NORTH MIDDLESEX, ON) – On June 28, 2014 at approximately 10:28 p.m. Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was patrolling Elginfield Road in the area of Roddick Road when a motorist was observed driving at a high rate of speed.
The officer measured the vehicle to be travelling 50 km/h over the posted speed limit and the driver, Jonathan McMASTER, age 43 of Bosanquet Twp, ON was charged. The vehicle he was driving was impounded and his driver’s licence was suspended for seven days under the stunt drive legislation.
The accused is scheduled to appear in a London courtroom August 28, 2014 to speak to the charge.
