(KINCARDINE TWP, ON) – On June 27, 2014 at 9:52 am, a South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer on patrol along Highway 21 in Kincardine Township noticed a Red Dodge Charger moving at a high rate of speed. The vehicle speed was displayed on radar at 126 km/h in a posted 80 km/h zone. 50 year old Darryl DESJARLAIS of Windsor was charged with Speeding and Fail to show proof of insurance.
