(PICKLE LAKE, ON) – On Tuesday July 01, 2014 at approximately 2:36pm members of the Pickle Lake Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment responded to a single vehicle motor vehicle collision that occurred on Highway 599 south of Pickle Lake near Eric Lake.
As a result of the investigation, Tyrone NEEKAN, age 22 years of Mishkeegogamang First Nation has been charged with the following:
– Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle
– Operation of a Motor Vehicle with Over 80 mg of Blood Alcohol Content
The accused has been released from custody and is to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Pickle Lake on August 08, 2014.
