Child bit by dog

On July 1st, 2014, the Guelph Police responded to a report of a two year old child that had been bitten by a dog at Riverside Park.

The child sustained injuries on the face, and was transported to the Guelph General Hospital for treatment.

The dog, a Great Dane, was removed by the owner.

The matter has been turned over to the Humane Society.
