(MUNICIPALITY OF NORTH PERTH, ON) On Friday July 22, 2011 around 3 p.m., Perth County OPP officers were dispatched to a motorcycle crash on Line 81 at Road 169 south of Throwbridge.
Upon police arrival it was determined that the motorcyclist had been riding his machine on Line 81 at about 80 km/h when he hit a bump in the road causing the bike to do a speed wobble. The motorcyclist lost control of the machine and fell on its side sliding a long distance.
The 54 year old male motorcyclist from Huron East was transported by Perth County Ambulance to the Listowel Memorial Hospital with serious but non life threatening injuries.
