(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment have charged a 30 year old male with Drinking and Driving related offences after police were called about a vehicle at an Old Highway 24, Waterford, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Monday, June 30, 2013 at approximately 10:28 p.m., police were contacted by a concerned citizen about a vehicle that was located at the BB Esso Convenience on Old Highway 24. As a result, police located the vehicle and through investigation arrested a 30 year old male.
Charged with impaired driving and driving over the legal limit is 30 year old Richard Andrew MARACLE of Norfolk County, Ontario.
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
