(CULROSS TWP, ON) – On July 24th, 2011 at 6:46 pm, the South Bruce OPP received a report of a hit and run crash on County Road 4 in Culross Township. Officers arrived to find a damaged Silver Lincoln, and discovered that a Black Ford had left after the crash. The other vehicle was located in the village of Teeswater. 21 year old Blair RUBICK of Teeswater has been charged with Fail to remain and Dangerous operation. He is scheduled to appear in Provincial Court on August 29th, 2011.
