(South Stormont) – On July 2nd, 2014 at approximately 7:00pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a family dispute at a property on Willy Allan Road, South Stormont Township. Investigation revealed an altercation between a youth and a family member resulted in the youth causing damage within the home and uttering threats.
The 16 year old male youth was arrested and is charged with;
– Mischief Under $5000 (2 counts)
– Utter Threats
– Fail to Comply with Young Person Disposition
He was held in custody pending a court appearance (bail) in Cornwall.
