(MORRIS-TURNBERRY, ON) – Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers are currently investigating the theft of a Yamaha ATV that was stolen on July 2, 2014 at 4:45 a.m.. A Stone School Road home owner reported he was sleeping when he was awakened by the sound of an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) driving around his property. He checked for his ATVs that were parked near his garage and noticed one of his ATVs was missing. He yelled at two suspects that were getting ready to take off on another ATV. One of the suspects took off running and was picked up by the other suspect on the victim’s ATV.
The stolen ATV is described as a green, 2011 Yamaha, 450 cc engine that has a large plastic compartment on the back rack.
The suspects are believed to between 14 to 20 years of age. They were dressed in all black clothing and were wearing black helmets.
