(PUSLINCH TOWNSHIP, ON) -On July 9, 2014 at approximately 1:00 a.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were patrolling the car pool lot on Queen Street, Puslinch Township. Officers investigated a male in a 2003 Buick, and seized suspected marijuana, suspected cocaine, suspected hydromorphone, and a large sum of money. He was also on a probation order by the court and was breaching a condition.
Trevor HENRY age 27 of North Perth is charged with;
Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking-Marijuana-Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (C.D.S.A.)
Possession of Cocaine-C.D.S.A.
Possession of Hydromorphone-C.D.S.A.
Fail To Comply with Probation Order-Criminal Code
He is scheduled for a bail hearing on July 9, 2014 in Guelph Court.
