Physician Arrest

Members of the Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Section are investigating allegations of sexual assault by a London physician.

On July 7, 2014, members of the London Police Service arrested and charged 52-year-old Mohamed Izzeldin of London with three counts of sexual assault contrary to section 271(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada.

The allegations came to the attention of the London Police Service in May 2014. The offences are alleged to have occurred between 2010 and 2014.
