(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Highway Safety Division have charged a 21 year old male after checking a motor vehicle at a Turkey Point Road, Turkey Point, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Saturday, July 12, 2014 at approximately 8:00 p.m., police were conducting a R.I.D.E program (Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere) in the area of Turkey Point Road and Front Road, when the motor vehicle was stopped and checked for driver sobriety.
Charged with driving over the legal limit is 21 year old Dylan Patrick Richard BROOKS of Burlington, Ontario
He is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charge.
