2nd charge laid following child abduction and Amber Alert on July 10th

(Ottawa) – Today, Kevyn Lex Menard, 25 years old, of Ottawa has been charged with:
One count of Abduction in contravention of custody order, per Criminal Code Section 282(1).
He is scheduled to appear in court today.
