(DEROCHE TOWNSHIP, ON) – On Tuesday, July 15 2014 at approximately 9:20 am Sault Ste. Marie Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a domestic disturbance in Deroche Township.
As a result of police investigation a 54 year old male was arrested and charged with Mischief under $5000.
It is alleged the accused damaged property belonging to his ex-spouse.
The accused was released on a Promise to Appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Sault Ste. Marie, ON on August 6, 2014.
