You may have heard this already, but the second floor of Wingham
Town Hall is not up to fire code to allow occupancy. The
second floor of Town Hall is where Heritage Theatre use to be
located. North Huron council’s callous disregard for maintaining our
infrastructure has crippled tourism and part of our local
culture.
The Almost Famous Players is a dance/musical theatrical group
consisting of 27 members all labelled with a developmental and/or
physical disability. They began in the fall of 2004 as a
service offered by the Wingham & District Community Living
Association, under the direction of staff member Julie Kuik.
