(Killaloe, Hagarty Richards Township, ON) On July 19, 2014 Provincial Constable Dave Moore conducted a motor vehicle stop on Queen Street, Killaloe. James Robinson, 37 years of Belle Ewart was charged with
– Over 80mg contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
– Possession of Marihuana contrary to section 4(1) of the Controlled Drug and Substance Act.
ROBINSON is scheduled to appear in Killaloe Court on 03 September 2014.
