(GUELPH-ERAMOSA TWP, ON) – On July 18, 2014 at approximately 10:25 a.m., a Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer investigated a 2002 Oldsmobile parked on Side Road 10 North, Guelph-Eramosa Township.
Police spoke with a female occupant and detected the strong odour of burnt marihuana coming from inside the vehicle. Suspected marihuana was seized from the car.
Kimberly WEBERS age 22 of Guelph-Eramosa Township has been charged with Possession of Marihuana contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. She is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on August 22, 2014 to answer to the charge.
