(INGERSOLL, ON.) – On July 23, 2014 members of Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a complaint of a possible impaired driver.
Police located the vehicle on Ingersoll Street, Ingersoll and have charged 31 year old Randy Joseph BECHARD of Ingersoll under the Criminal Code of Canada with the following:
Drive while Ability Impaired – Motor Vehicle
Drive with more than 80 milligrams of Alcohol in Blood
The male was released on a Promise to Appear at Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock on August 26, 2014.
