(LAKESHORE, ON) -On July 17, 2014, at approximately 7:00 p.m., a 17 year old male from Lakeshore was confronted near the Sunsplash Festival, by a group of three males.
The suspects assaulted the male victim causing non-life threatening injuries, and proceeded to steal the victim’s bicycle. The victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment.
Rodney BELWARD, age 20, of Windsor, along with two other males who cannot be named due to their age (young offender) were arrested and charged with Robbery with Violence. They will appear in a Windsor court at a later date.
