Arrest

Uniform officers on routine patrol in the Dunlop St. E and Mulcaster St. area were almost struck by a vehicle reversing out of a parking spot. The officers stopped the other driver and concluded that a roadside breath test was required. The 65 year old Barrie female failed the test and was arrested for drive over 80mgs. She was taken to the station where she provided two further breath samples 140mgs and 130mgs. She was charged accordingly and later released by way of a promise to appear.
