(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Haldimand County detachment has charged a 19 year old male with Assault after investigating an incident at a Main St, Selkirk, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Saturday July 26th, 2014 at approximately 2:25 am Police were called to the Main St address after an altercation had occurred.
The Police investigation revealed that a male party had been at a private residence when he became involved in a physical confrontation with the occupants of the home.
As a result of the investigation 19 year old Evan GREEVY of Haldimand County, ON has been charged with 2 counts of Assault, 2 counts of Utter Threats to Cause Death or Bodily Harm and 1 count of Mischief over $5000 dollars. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
