(Prince Edward County, ON)â€â€On August 02, 2014 at 10:32pm the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Prince Edward County detachment received traffic complaints regarding a vehicle travelling on Loyalist Parkway.
OPP stopped the vehicle on Loyalist Parkway near Cold Creek Road in the Ward of Hillier. The male driver appeared to have been consuming alcohol.
50-year Joseph BEAULIEU of Trenton, ON is charged with Operating While Impaired, contrary to Section 253(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada and Operation With Over 80mgs. of Alcohol, contrary to Section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was later released from police custody on a promise to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Picton on September 03, 2014.
