At approximately 330am, on the 4th of August, in the area of Riverview Drive and Orchard Heights, a 58 year old male, under the influence of narcotics, decided to randomly chase a vehicle while carrying what was believed to be a baseball bat. Male located with a two foot long piece of wood, was arrested and later released with a future court date.
