(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment is investigating an incident after being contacted by a concerned homeowner at a Duncombe Road, Waterford, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
On Monday, August 4, 2014, at approximately 12:49 a.m., police were contacted after a homeowner heard the alarm of their vehicle going off. The resident looked outside and observed an unknown female sitting inside their vehicle located in the driveway of the residence.
The homeowner went outside and confronted the female who then fled to an awaiting dark coloured pick-up truck.
The female suspect is being described as a 5’7, mid 20’s, slim face with an average build, hair in a bun and was wearing dark clothing.
The Norfolk County OPP Detachment is continuing to investigate and is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the male and vehicle involved. If anyone has any information they are being asked to contact the Norfolk County OPP Detachment at 1-888-310-1122.
