(KINCARDINE, ON) – On August 2, 2014 at 11:32 pm, members of the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were conducting RIDE on Huron Terrace in Kincardine when they saw a man walking along the side of the road with a Styrofoam cup in his hand. Officers found that there was alcohol in the cup. 28 year old Marc Andre HADE of Toronto was charged with open alcohol other than residence.
