(KINCARDINE, ON) – On July 30, 2014 at 8:03 pm, the South Bruce Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of crash involving an All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) on Queen Street in Kincardine. Officers arrived and found that an ATV stuck a Ford F150 pick-up, a utility trailer and a Ford Focus.
The driver was found to have been drinking alcohol. 26 year old Devin GLEW of Kincardine has been charged with impaired driving and operate over 80 milligrams. He is scheduled to appear in court on August 25, 2014 to answer to the charges.
There were two occupants on the ATV; neither was wearing a helmet. The driver was treated at hospital for minor injuries and the passenger reported no injuries at the scene.
