On August 8, 2014 at approximately 2:44 a.m., Guelph Police observed a vehicle operating in a suspicious manner. A vehicle stop was initiated on Woodlawn Road and following an investigation, the three occupants were arrested.
An 18 year old of no fixed address has been charged with possession of a controlled substance CDSA (2 counts), theft under $5000, possession of stolen property, allow operation of vehicle-no insurance and permit use of plate not authorized for vehicle.
A 19 year old Guelph male has been charged with possession of a controlled substance CDSA (2 counts), weapons dangerous, breach recognizance and breach probation.
An 18 year old Guelph female has been charged with possession of controlled substance CDSA, breach YCJA probation, drive vehicle-no licence and drive vehicle-no headlights.
All three were held in custody and will appear for a bail hearing on August 8, 2014.
