(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Norfolk County Detachment have arrested and charged a 17 year old male in relation to a Break and at a Thomson Road, Simcoe, Norfolk County, Ontario, address.
On Thursday, August 7, 2014 at approximately 9:09 a.m., police were contacted by a homeowner after the keys to their vehicle were taken from the residence. The vehicle was subsequently removed from the driveway of the residence in the early morning hours and was located later with substantial damage.
As a result of investigation, police have charged a 17 year old male with the following offences.
Break and Enter
Theft of motor vehicle
Fail to comply with Recognizance
Fail to comply with Disposition
Fail to stop at scene of accident
The accused is to appear in Provincial Court, Simcoe at a later date to answer to the charges.
