(CITY OF GUELPH, ON) – On August 9, 2014 at approximately 10:11 a.m., a Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer stopped a 1991 GMC pickup truck for a Highway Traffic Act violation on Highway 6 near Laird Road, Guelph. The officer spoke with the driver and located suspected marihuana within the vehicle.
Ian MARTORANA age 30 of Stratford has been charged with Possession of Marihuana under 30 grams contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on September 12, 2014 to answer to the charge.
