Break and enter

On August 13, 2014, the Guelph Police went to an Alice Street residence to investigate a break and enter. It is alleged that a man rang the doorbell and when he received no answer, went to the rear of the property and started to pry at the door. The resident was home but had not answered the door when the doorbell rang. The police were called and were able to locate the man in a neighbour’s yard and he was arrested.

Brandon Duncan, 36 years of Guelph has been charged with break and enter to a dwelling and breach probation. He will appear in court on September 23, 2014.
