(WARWICK TOWNSHIP, ON) Just before 5:00 a.m. on August 18, 2014, Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers, Lambton Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and fire fighters responded to a single vehicle rollover on London Line near Forest Road.
Lambton OPP charged the male driver after the investigation showed that the driver lost control of his Mitsubishi vehicle and traveled approximately 100 metres off road. The vehicle then became airborne and finally came to rest on its roof.
All three occupants were able to get out of the vehicle on their own and they were subsequently taken to hospital to be assessed for their injuries.
Tonydo KHIM, 21 years of age from London, ON is charged with Careless Driving.
