OPP INVESTIGATING BREAK AND ENTER

(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment is investigating a Break and Enter at a Deer Park Road, Waterford, Norfolk County, Ontario address.

Between Saturday, August 16, 2014 and Sunday, August 17, 2014, unknowns attended the Waterford Deer Park and gained entry. Once inside, unknowns removed a quantity of deer antlers from an unlocked shelter located on the property.

Upon exiting the park, unknown’s damage a door leading from the shelter to the parking lot. The doors were left open however no animals escaped and police are reminding all residents to contact police if they observe suspicious persons or activity.

The Norfolk County OPP Detachment is continuing to investigate and is seeking assistance from the public. If anyone has any information regarding this incident, they are being asked to contact the Norfolk County OPP Detachment at 1-888-310-1122.
