(NORTH BAY, ON) -On August 17, 2014 at approximately 11:48 p.m. a member of the Mattawa Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Detachment was investigating a traffic complaint in Mattawa when they noticed the vehicle in question turning into OPP Detachment parking lot. The vehicle was stopped. As a result of an investigation, Allan SCOTT, age 58, of Mattawa, Ontario, was charged with Driving with More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused was released from custody and is required to attend Ontario Court of Justice in Mattawa on September 10, 2014.
