(PERRY TWP, ON) The Almaguin Highlands Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is investigating a breach of probation that occurred on Saturday August 16, 2014. Officers were called to a Perry Township residence to assist with an intoxicated male who was extremely argumentative. When officers arrived the male ran into the bush, where he was eventually arrested by police.
Charged is Conrad PARNHAM, 24 of Erin, Ontario with possession of a controlled substance, contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances act. The accused is also charged with two counts with fail to comply with probation order, contrary to the Criminal Code.
The accused was held for a bail hearing on Monday August 18, 2014 at the Ontario Court of Justice in Parry Sound, Ontario.
