(KENORA, ON) Members of the Kenora Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) have charged a male for an impaired driving offence following a vehicle stop on Hwy 17A shortly after 10:00pm on August 19, 2014. Police determined the driver had been consuming alcohol and was transported to the Kenora OPP for further tests.
As a result of this investigation, Johnathon Redcloud age 40 of Sioux Narrows Ontario has been charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle with more than .80 mg of Alcohol in 100 ml of Blood, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is to appear in Kenora Court on September 25, 2014 to answer to the charges.
