(NORWICH TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On August 8, 2014 at approximately 1:30 p.m. Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to the report of a robbery at the Royal Bank of Canada located on Main Street East in Otterville.
As a result of the Oxford County Crime Unit investigation, a male has been arrested.
61 year old Paul Douglas SCOTT of Springford has been charged under the Criminal Code of Canada with the following:
Robbery
Disguise with Intent
Possession of Property Obtained by Crime – Over $5,000
The male was held for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Woodstock.
