(Renfrew County, Ontario) – On August 21st 2014, members of the Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) – Project Paradigm and Renfrew OPP Detachment initiated a traffic stop on Stewart Street in the Town of Renfrew.
Police seized a quantity of Cocaine.
Dale BICKNER (46) and Branden CLICHÉ (22) were arrested and charged with the following:
o Possession of Schedule I Substance (Cocaine) for the Purpose of Trafficking. C.D.S.A Section 5(2).
BICKNER was held for a bail hearing and CLICHÉ was released on a Promise to Appear and Undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court on the 1st of October 2014.
