(CALEDON, ON)- On August 22, 2014, officers from the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated an overnight mischief complaint in the community garden and a portable located at the rear of Macville Public School. The suspect(s) damaged 4 large cedar garden boxes, large tree stumps and over 200 hand-crafted stepping stones created by the school students.
Police are reminding residents to contact the OPP Communications Centre immediately at 1-888-310-1122 to report any suspicious activity or suspicious vehicles in the area. Information such as suspect physical descriptions, suspect vehicles and direction of travel are useful tools for investigators.
