(GANANOQUE, ON) – On August 26, 2014 officers of the Leeds County Crime Unit of the Ontario Provincial Police arrested and charged a Gananoque man for offences that occurred between January 1960 through 1967 and June 5, 2014.
In January 2014, an adult male victim made a complaint of offences that had occurred when he was a young person.
As a result, 75-year-old Thomas William PETCH has been charged with:
Indecent Assault – male
Gross Indecency
Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm (12 counts)
He was released on a Promise to Appear and Officer-In-Charge Undertaking to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Brockville on October 3, 2014.
