(Champlain, ON) – Officers of the Hawkesbury OPP are still investigating a fatal collision that occurred this morning on Bay Road, approximately 3 kilometers west of the Village of L’Orignal, shortly after 7:30 am.
The victim is identified as Ida D’AMELIO (83 yrs) of Champlain.
The matter is still under investigation.
The road was closed but has since been reopened.
