(GRAND BEND, ON) On August 30, 2014 just before 9:00 p.m. Lambton Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were conducting a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (R.I.D.E.) program on Main Street.
A male driver of a Pontiac motor vehicle entered into the R.I.D.E. program and during the traffic stop the male was arrested.
As a result of subsequent breath tests, Jonathan SEARR, 30 years of age from Pierrefonds, QC has a Sarnia court date of October 20, 2014 to answer to the charges of Drive over the Legal Limit and Breach of an Undertaking.
