(CENTRE WELLINGTON TOWNSHIP, ON) – On August 29, 2014 at approximately 8:21 p.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were called to the L.C.B.O. in Elora for a theft incident. A male left the store with alcohol and was located soon after by police. He was arrested and during the search, suspected marijuana and suspected marijuana resin was located.
Cory PACZAY age 22 of Elora has been charged with Theft Under $5000 contrary to the Criminal Code. He is also charged with Possession of Marijuana Under 30 grams and Possession of Marijuana Resin Over 1 gram contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court on September 26, 2014 to answer to the charges.
