(HUNTSVILLE, ON) On Saturday August 30, 2014 just after 9:00pm Huntsville Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) along with Muskoka EMS were advised of a serious collision involving an ATV near Paint Lake Road in Lake of Bays Twp. Emergency services attended the area located the ATV but was unable to locate the occupants. A search of the area led to locating the driver of the ATV. He suffered minor injuries in relation to the crash. As a result of the investigation Robert GRAFF (51yrs) of Lake of Bays Twp. was eventually charged with fail to report a collision and careless driving under the Highway Traffic Act.
On Sunday August 31, 2014 at around 3:30pm Huntsville Ontario Provincial Police along with Muskoka EMS attended a motor vehicle into a tree on Old Aspdin Rd., Huntsville. The passenger of a Plymouth Neon was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. As a result of the investigation a 17 year-old youth of Huntsville was charged with careless driving under the Highway Traffic Act.
