On September 3, 2014 at approximately 6:48pm, a incident occurred in the parking lot of Zehrs Plaza at 1375 King St E Kitchener. A 1996 GMC pickup driven by a 94 year old Kitchener male struck a 58 year old Kitchener male pedestrian. The pedestrian sustained minor injuries. There were no injuries to the driver of the vehicle. He was charged with Dangerous Driving. Investigators believe that a previous dispute between the two men may have contributed to the incident.
