(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON.) – On September 4, 2014 an OPP officer observed a motorcycle travelling at a rate of speed more than 50km/h above the posted speed limit, on Highway 35 near Thunderbridge Road. The officer subsequently stopped the vehicle.
Suzanne GADSBY, 34 years of age, of Uxbridge, was charged with racing. Her driver’s licence was seized and the motorcycle was towed from the scene.
The accused will appear in court, in Lindsay, on October 14, 2014.
