(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – The County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), officers were dispatched to a single motor vehicle collision on McLean School Road in the County of Brant.
At approximately 5:15 p.m. on September 6th, 2014 officers were dispatched to a single vehicle rollover on McLean School Road. Officers arrived a short time later and located two occupants from the vehicle.
The driver of the vehicle Luke ROYALL 27 years of age from the City of Cambridge is facing the following charges
Careless Driving HTA
Fail to Remain HTA
Driving while under Suspension HTA
The passenger Antonio MEDEIROS 26 years of age from the City of Cambridge is facing the following Criminal charges
Resist Peace Officer
Fail to Comply with Probation Order
Possession of Schedule II Substance-Cannabis Marihuana under 30 grams
The passenger is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on October 3rd, 2014 to answer to the criminal charges.
