(New Tecumseth, ON) – On the 6th of August 2014, members of the Nottawasaga OPP commenced an investigation after reports that an unknown male party was attending a restaurant drive-thru in the Township of New Tecumseth, and upon receiving his order would expose himself to the female employees.
The first incident was on the 4th of July 2014, when a female employee was working and the unknown male exposed himself to her while attending the restaurant’s drive-thru lane. The second incident was on the 24th of August 2014 while a second female employee was working.The same vehicle and driver attended the drive-thru lane and exposed himself. The female employees were able to obtain a licence plate.
As a result of the investigation, 27 year old male Thomas BOEHM of Pottageville has been charged with two counts of Indecent Acts contrary to Section 173(10(a) of the Criminal Code. He is scheduled to attend court in Bradford on the 9th of October 2014, in answer to his charges.
